Q. Do I have to use HCC for all calls I make from my cell phone?
A. No! You only use the single -button HCC system when you choose to—only if you want complete privacy from even your Cell Phone company. Your destination call never shows up.
Q. When I sign up, am I contractually obligated in any way?
A. No.
Q. How many minutes of protection do I get when I sign up?
A. 100 Free Rollover Minutes. Additional Minutes will cost only 1 penny per minute. And they are ROLLOVER MINUTES.
Q. How does the HCC system affect my cell phone plan and minutes?
A. There is no connection whatsoever. HCC has no link or impact regarding your cell plan minutes. That is totally separate. We simply protect the calls you choose to make using HCC.
Q. Do my minutes expire at the end of the month?
A. NO! Your minutes are ROLLOVER MINUTES. (Good for 6 months.)
Q. How long will the discount period last?
A. The $60 discount will end at any time, without notice.
Q. How do I protect others I call, or who call me?
A. Enroll them, or have them enroll. The HCC minutes on your phone give you complete control over their use.
Q. How does the HCC system work?
A. When you make a cell call to numbers you do not want to I.D. you, or to numbers you do not want to appear on your call records, our system makes those numbers invisible, even if you have caller ID When you follow our simple instructions, HCC keeps your number from even showing up on your cell phone company records, USE THE HCC SYSTEM. It only takes one click.
Q. What if I have my name and number is not normally private to Caller ID?
A. You do not have to change your cell phone's setup. Our system protects your identity.
Q. But What if I want the person I am calling to know it's me?
A. Let them know that they will see a unique Name and Number, instead of your normal ID.
Q. Can someone use *67 to hide their cell number from the person they are calling?
A. You may be able to use *67 to conceal your number from the persons you call, but only our system masks those numbers from everyone, even the cell phone company. No cell record spies will know who you call when you choose to use our system.
Q. Can someone use *69 to call me back?
A. No. The system makes *69 useless.
Q. What if I share cell service with a family member or someone else?
A. Only the cell phone records of the phone with the HCC system is concealed.
